Best liquid/soap to show quickly Highlights

Hi everybody,

I watched a Design Process video where the Claymodeler used a Liquid to show Highlights quickly.
I guess its a mixture of water and handwashing-soap?!
But the Liquid in this Video was not foamy and it made a super homogen layer on the clay.

So does anybody has experience with that or a clue what kind of mixture it is?
